Mmmm, don’t let that demotivate you. Use it as motivation to keep going. Don’t listen to the white noise. Because even if people had to tell you. You have lost weight. It can make you lose concentration as well. Just keep eating healthy. No matter what people say. Set that goal and achieve it. Then on to the next one. You got this❣️

some people can be very inconciderate dont mind them.. 

Same happened to me. Ran into a colleague when I was much smaller. She just opened with: god you're fat. Felt like I died. So I get it but keep doing this for you and enjoy the process xxx 

sometimes people say that because they actually do realise that you've lost some weight and it could jealousy. you might lose some friebds too. just keep doing you until it's evident that what they're saying is a blatant lie.  

so true diddy people are very judgemental some people live with the pain of being moked all the time they come forward as if they are ok but inside some want to die because no one accepts them no one thinks they are beautiful then people come and poo on the last bit of self image those have left they leave deep scars that take years to heal if ever
