Had a horrible nights sleep last night 🙈 hoping my insomnia isn’t back 😭 thought a workout might help but now I feel sick and hot 🙈😂

Apparently pistachios have a lot of melatonin in them. They are nature's equivalent of a sleepkng tablet

Many fruits and vegetables contain melatonin as well as plain yoghurt, oats, Turkey and chicken. Even fish. A day of healthy eating after a weekend of treats. Sends me to bed very early in the evening. That was my Monday yesterday lol went to bed 7:30pm and woke up the next day 6am. I did get up twice to feed my baby but went straight back to bed. Also try to stop drinking caffeine after 2pm.
