Just thought i would post about how proud of myself I am, I went to a movie at the weekend and resisited the popcorn and slushie and just had water then I went out clubbing and I only had water, no alcohol. Was a truley different experience but still fun and no diet cheats yay me

Hi Blood Rose, How many calories a day are you on? I've had a really bad 2months of starting a new job where there is food available all day everyday and sweet things too... I'm really trying to get back down to in the 50s I've just started taking this seriously today and am on 1300 calories a day... Should I drop to lower calories?

I am currently on about 700 calories a day but I am working with a nutritionist and personal trainer and have a specialised meal plan, I wouldnt suggest going any lower than about 1200 calories a day. I have found personally unless I cut out all sugar then the cravings never go away, I can be going great on a diet and think one cup of coffee with 1 sugar wont hurt every now and again but as soon as I have it the wheels fall off and I am craving like mad. Some people say that as long as you are under your calorie range it doesnt matter what you eat, but i disagree, your daily food choices make a big difference.

I am the same Blood rose. I’ve cut out coffee and tea. Because I just don’t enjoy it without sugar. And if I just have one. Then I want to have one of everything else that has sugar 😂 the weekends are a huge problem though. That’s when I usually give in. During the week. I’m totally strict. Will see if I can still lose weight or if I have to remain strict until I’ve reached my goal weight.

I find the best thing to do at the weekend is have things planned and lined up to keep you busy even if its mindless little hobbies like an hour of colouring or whatever you enjoy, make a list so whenever the hunger or cravings hit do one thing on the list and it distracts you

@Blood Rose, I will try that. But no binge watching mukbang videos on YouTube 😂 that definitely can’t be on the list.
