Did you make your own kraut? I make mine and its awsomely delish! And so good for ya! Sooooo EASY to do! Fermented food, check it out and get those bacteria working goodly in your gut!

No, I used the refrigerated Silver Floss brand. I've nevery made homemade.

Never had sauerkraut with a pork chop. Mmmm. Loving raw sauerkraut. Apparently cottage cheese also has probiotics.
