Completely fell off the wagon this weekend 😫 im getting married in 3 months and feel im doing the opposite of everything I should be doing.....
I'd like to blame stress and work etc but i feel i have lost my will power.
How do you just commit to 12 weeks 🤷‍♀️

Just focus on what you can do today.

You commit to yourself and you do your best with what you can control. Commit to your health and well being, rather than a number on a scale. No matter what, you are and will make a beautiful bride. Believe in you. :)

Start with something small. Commit to healthy meals but you can still have your chocs or whatever. Eat the same but start 20mins exercise

Stress makes it difficult to stay on track and rushing to get the last things done make you also eat convenient instead of healthy. Relax, you will get your focus back

Maybe planing what you will be eating ahead of time. Write out an eating plan and maybe do some meal prep. Like having a whole cooked chicken in the fridge. Cleaned salad ready, just needing a salad dressing to add on. Roast butternut or sweet potatoes in another container. Whatever healthy foods you love. Already cooked. Just needs heating up. And get rid of any temptations in the fridge and cupboards. That way, no excuses. You can focus then on whatever work that’s keeping you super busy. Congratulations by the way. I hope all goes well for your wedding.

I also struggle with being consistent... And I agree... Planning is half the success. When I plan... It's easy... When I stop planning... I fall off the wagon.

Baby steps. Water 3 litres. It helps with binge eating and keeps you not wanting. Add next step, no sugar or starches. When that blends in and becomes second nature. Add an hours 3km/h walk 3 times a week. Simple is best in the beginning, and once you have these habits in check you can extend the disciplines to more detailed healthy eating habits. You will notice a massive difference with these 3 simple habits within 4 weeks and that alone will keep you committed.
