So my 4year old daughter is sick with tonsillitis, and as per result, I can’t exercise as Id like to, as soon as I start doing some strength exercises she starts crying or she needs something, which breaks my concentration and interest. I really hope that she feels better tomorrow so that I can get a few things done.
I realize now how much exercise has changed my mental well-being for the better and how absolutely frustrated and irritable I am when I don’t get my daily fix.
I can’t believe the next words coming out of my mouth but: I miss the gym.
