okay so i am actually losing weight again doing 20 sometimes 23 hour fasting and only eating eggs,fish and chicken and oranges and salads not eating any bread,rice and potatoes and i actually eat medium fat plain yogurt with 2 scoops of my curves meal replacement shake (only sometimes for a treat) and drinking lots of water and im feeling good.😊feeling proud.
