Jackpot! Triple 4’s, still waiting for my prize though.

Time to get back to serious business of loosing weight, centimetres and gaining overall wellness.
144.4 kg Lost so far: 37.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
