Fasted this whole week, because I have been stuck on 75 kg for over a month... just needed to give my body a shock, hope it works. I have been exercising (running on treadmill 4 times in a week i.e. 4 km a day and then I did a bit of weight / resistance training). Yesterday we had supper at 16:00 and I stoped eating at 16:30. Only ate now at 9:05. Had 2 boiled eggs and a half grapefruit... really hoping this will push my weight down. Will weigh today and see...holding thumbs... I want to go down to 73kg and by 4 August out of the 70’s. It will then be a year since I started my weight loss journey... shooo but this is a challenging journey, yet very rewarding, that is since I started not only have I lost weight, dropped dress sizes, I have gained in fitness, and my asthmatic chest has improved tremendously. I am off my meds that I use to have to return to the doctor for every month. I am so grateful for everyone who has stood by me every step of the way, especially my husband!!!
