Sleep patterns are all shot to hell. Consecutive nights of broken sleep does horrendous things to resilience, mood, will power.

When stress gets piled on top of it, other key measures start to change, too.

Take care of yourself. I know you've got things happening at all sorts of odd hours, but rest whenever you can. Power naps work wonders.

Lol that looks like what my sleep number bed shows for me. I’m even getting that same exact amount of sleep most nights! But I do get naps on occasion and when it slows down I know I’ll be able to relax and sleep better. Another month for me. Hope you get more restful sleep soon!

Agree with Lillan4. Always a bath with Epsom salts is SO relaxing. Add a little lavender oil and TRY to stay awake.

Same problem and it effects so much! I agree. I am also irritated that I went to the gym so late. Doing legs an hour before bedtime is not conducive to sleep. Ever tried melatonin? I'm always afraid to take stuff but just wondered if anyone has.

My 13 yo has taken melatonin and said it didn’t work for her. But knowing her she probably took it once and hats it.

I had terrible sleep issues a few months ago, after leaving my 18 year relationship. Apart from seeing a great naturopath to re-balance me, I did the following to help with sleep. I now sleep like a log ☺️ 1. Turn off all electrical devices an hour before bed 2. Do some bedtime yoga poses, easily found on Pinterest or a Google search 3. Have a cup of organic Sweet Dreams tea, which you can buy at Woolies 4. Rub Lavender oil across your shoulders, up the back of your neck, over your forehead and temples 5. Once in bed do 4:7:8 breathing. Breath in for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, breath out for 8 counts 6. Then finish with the following affirmation: I lovingly release the day and fall into a peaceful sleep, knowing tomorrow will take care of itself (say this over and over) Sounds a lot but worth every effort you make. I don’t do it anymore as I don’t need to, as I have no more sleep issues. My circadian rhythms have been re-set 😴

Well maybe that's my problem. I lay in bed watching golden girls until I fall asleep. 😁

Your sleep pattern looks a lot like mine.

Fortunately last night my sleep patterns retruned to normal. Now just the duration to improve.

Good :)

I swear by using night shift on all devices to cut the blue light at night then a muscle relation app if I’m desperate. I like the ritual of chamomile tea. Don’t think it actually helps me sleep, but it’s a part of the routine. I find sleep watch very helpful to track sleep too. More useful info than Fitbit.
