In my experience over my journey i know to give changes at least 10 to 14 days to show there effects so gonna “smile and wave” at the increases for now

a lot of walking could increase weight due to muscle growth in leg

Cvd thought it could be that, but so quick? Not sure?

Water being pushed into the muscles...basically water retention. Keep taking in your liquids, soon it will be gone :)

Mike, don’t sweat it. The average day to day variation in body mass is about 2.5kg. So 400g is nothing to stress about.

It all depends on the time of day. You should always measure/weigh yourself same time of day. (maybe after morning toilet duties). Water weigh a lot. So if you were maybe a bit thirsty the afternoon and drank 1liter water and a cup of coffee later the afternoon. You get home and weigh. It's 1liter of water weight and 200ml coffee. Vs If you do a number 1 much later the evening or the next morning. The water weight is gone. - Each person has different metabolism with water. Some let it go within an hour, some people absorb more water and have to work it out over few hours.
