Well worth it! Cheat weekend is flippen awesome!

Once you know your body and how it works and reacts, this increase wont phase you. The cheat days and weekends have help me stay true to my journey as without the joy of a reward you will struggle to keep the motivation in check and then binge on stupid unhealthy things.

So when im cheating, im happy to enjoy the things i dont eat when not cheating. Also my water intake takes a bit of a dive! Thats why i pick up so much weight so quickly, but loose it so quickly when im back on my journey.

So cheat, enjoy the cheat, and plan the cheat. When the cheat is done, get yourself back together, focus, eat right and plan another cheat to look forward to in the not so distant future, i.e 2 to 3 weeks.

Keep on loosing those killer grams
