I cannot eat those round rice cake disks.. But I think a good alternative also just as healthy are these new provita crackerbread - http://mytuck.co.za/image/cache/retail/provita-crackerbread-300x300.jpg

@eugene- drop some full cream chunky cottage cheese on them, with a dot of vegetable salt and black pepper and they taste slightly better than a big mac burger patty😜😜😜. Both taste like paper! Anyhow, we do what we got to, so that the light at the end of the tunnel gets brighter and brighter.

Next time you at Makro or Spar. Buy just one box of the Provita Crackerbread. It has the salt/black pepper in it already. think there's 2 other flavours too. It's a nice size cracker too, flavor is much better. They keep well too. I think it's expiry date is well into the next year. (I tend to buy 4-5 boxes and use it over a month or so. I don't eat it every day .. maybe once or twice a week)

crackerbread for me has too many calories.....i find provitas are much more filling and tastier...the ancient grain ones

Original Provita's are good too, I mean most dieticians and doctors advise eating a provita with marmite for diabetics.. it's even given to patients in hospitals, when they going for certain operations where they aren't allowed to eat too much.

Take no note Fat Mike's. It's very clear that your meal was put together with love and careful consideration. Love your variety of yum yums.

I took no note of the positive comment, hence I never responded. If I have to eat “disgusting food” to loose the weight I need to, then bring it on. “Disgusting food” has managed to loose me 25kgs in a little less than four months. My wife who weighs 51.5kgs and gave birth to our first born a little less than a year ago also thrives on my “disgusting food” and came down from her baby carry weight of 75kgs! ( Ok, maybe not all was baby carrying weight) So bring on my “disgusting food”!!!!
