Do you use your lists of Recently Eaten or Most Eaten foods when logging what you eat?

Do us a favour & give it a burl - let me know if you see anything not working as expected (& I mean ANYTHING).

Use both Recently Eaten and Most Eaton all the time...for what its worth I experimented with logging all my food on My Fitness Pal as well as Fat Secret a year ago in November (my Garmin activity/calorie counter was integrated with MFP). I duplicated my entries on both sites for the month and although I had to (and still have to) enter my activity calories manually in FS, I prefer the FS food logging tools. Note, I mainly use a tablet with the dektop pc software version, augmented with my android phone occasionally. Nothing wrong with MFP, some good features there...I just preferred FS.

Danbowles I’m the product manager - I help the devs understand what to work on & why

If anyone notices stuff going missing or the Recent/Most Eaten behaving oddly, let me know. We have something in production atm to try & improve performance. Not sure if it’ll negatively affect the UX tho...

I use them. Sometimes surprised that some items are missing/ list is short.

Ok. For those saying the list is too short, can you elaborate a bit more on what you’d expect?

How would you feel about ‘Most Eaten’ being either killed off, or rebuilt as a ‘favourite foods’ list?

Yeah that’s good 👍🏻

What are the biggest headaches with recently eaten?
17 Dec 18 by member: cannboys
I second the global list request. I often look up a food from a different meal, then have to go back at change the meal for the new addition.

I'm using both "Recently Eaten" and "Most Eaten" all the time, those are great tools. Adding "Favourite foods" would be just awesome.

One bug I find is that when choosing multiple items from the most/recently eaten lists (like 6+), I consistently end up with someone I didn’t select (and I am missing something I did). I don’t *think* I am fat-fingering (ha!) it - since noticing this, I have paid close attention to make sure I am selecting what I want.

It has been really useless in the past 🤔 I guess I’ll give it another shot

Dawnie - what do you find useless?

I was just looking at it and it’s much better. Almost everything is new. It use to be full of things I hadn’t had in weeks. It’s still a little weird though. I eat fresh mozzarella almost everyday for over a week and it’s not listed in either one.

There does seem to be improvement in consistency and applicability. I honestly was not paying enough attention prior to this to be more accurate in comparison.

Love Draglist suggestion! YES I use the frequent meals tab all the time it is usually a short list because I change out my meals... (Huge pot of soup eat … can the rest and it stays on the list till its gone. ) Would it be possible to have a bigger data list for like us military brats that eat meals from other cultures. I eat a lot of European foods and lots of Russian dishes Chinese, and Greek too many items are not in data base maybe an international section? or just merge( or give access) the English bases from each country to other country's data base?
