👋 Hi Joeythepotato! One meal a day at 1,800 calories shouldn’t be too difficult. The key to being successful with OMAD is to get variety in one meal so your main focus should be on counting macros and fibre intake and making sure you’re getting all healthy foods and you can always increase your calories by adding healthy fats to your cooking methods and adding olive oil to all your already cooked veg and salads! Cooking in butter, coconut oil or peanut oil will also up the calories and besides, fats will keep you fuller for longer. Avocado is a great source of healthy fat too if you eat it :) Ideally you need those dense nutrient rich calories and not so much those empty calories.
