I've started weighing myself everyday to try and track exactly what's going on with my weight. How is it possible that you can gain 700g overnight. 😭😭

Hormonal changes accompanied with water retention. Many things can be at play. I use to watch the scale like a hawk and it seriously contributed to mood swings😂 change your habit to 2x weekly. Once on target weight like I am, I do maybe every 2 weeks... just relax 700g is most probably water retention!

Water retension. Reduce caffeine and salt intake and increase water intake and you will lose that weight.

Eating late at night will do that too because when you sleep your body doesn’t digest the food so you wake up with a full stomach- so an extra 400g of food still inside you. Try and have your last meal 5hours before you go to bed. Or make it a light meal no carbs, mostly veg and fruit and a little protein(you can skip protein if you like). I sometimes fast for supper and then i loose 700g :) overnight.

it doenst mean you gained 700g and if you fast it doenst mean you lost 700g just like that. it's a matter of digestion and what your body is used to, if you want an accurate representation you need to be consistent in what time you eat relative to when you weigh yourself.
