Struggling to stick with my diet this week, I have very little will power and just want warm comfort food and lots of it.

Have a break out and then start again. As long as you go back on your healthy lifestyle you are fine

yip i think taking the rest of the week off will be good, start fresh on Monday Will eat healthy while at work as i am too busy to be hungry then have a mild binge when I get home - at least my stomach has shrunk and i cant eat anywhere near as much as I used to ...
