THE SAYING GOES 'EASIER SAID THEN DONE'.....FOR A REASON!

Had flu so bad...been eating so much junk....
Starting again....again!

On a bright side I started at almost 78kgs and Im now 70.2....so I have lost....its been slow but its going. Il get there!
