I have been snacking away on blueberry muffins, milky tea, chicken biryani and even had white toast this morning!
But I'm still under my RDI... Does this mean I won't gain weight?

It's a good question*!? 😅 Sometimes I'm also under my RDI but seems like I'm gaining.. And other days I loose a little bit... Maybe it's part of the "you loose some, you gain some"
