SAUCES ARE TRUE EVIL!
Made this salad. Added 45gs of the Woolies Mayo Burger Sauce and BOOM a whole extra 250 calories 😭😭😭

Medium white wrap, homemade tomato and onion chutney, low fat cheese, poached egg and chopped basil. Side of carrot, turmeric, banana oat pancakes and a caramel protein shake.🦾

someone suggested I weight myself every week and IM NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN. It was so stressful. I learnt that woman shouldn’t really be weighting themselves every week considering how our hormones constantly change depending on what phase we are in our menstruating cycle and that affects so many things. It was hell. My numbers on the scale were going up and down and so on and it didn’t make me feel good about myself so I will be sticking to my monthly weight check ins!!!
