Breakfast was good had a late banana and large green apple
Lunch
Wholewheat bread toasted (could not have two slices)
Slice of medium fat cheddar cheese
Half sliced small tomatoe
Sliced cucumber few slices
coffee with low fat milk one brown sugar
Cup of boiled peanuts 🥜 shell on
Dinner
Instead of having a cup of mash had half a cup of mash and half a cup of broccoli and cauliflower (could not finish both)
A cup of mince could not finish
Half a cup of green peas was able to finish.
Rooibos tea with a teaspoon levels of honey.

First day of my diet. Struggled to finish a cup of oats. Did not add any sugar milk or margarine just half a large banana and half a teaspoon of chai seeds.
Lunch I did not have tuna or chicken. Decided to have the two slices of toasted wholewheat with 3/4 of an avocado added aromat. Had this with a cup of coffee low fat milk and one heaped teaspoon of brown sugar.
Dinner decided to swap out my starch for broccoli and cauliflower with a chickpea stew. Added onion and tomatoe to the stew.
