Day 3/90
Today I started off my day great but towards the end of the day a lot of my family were making me taste various sugar items like biscuits and donuts. I had half a donut and one chocolate biscuit. I’m still below my calories but I’m feeling so guilty. How does one get over that guilt and not want to just restart again tomorrow ?

Day 1/93
I have exactly 3 months till I head off to university and I want to lose 10kgs by then. Today was my first successful day of no carbs , no junk food or anything with sugar and I’m feeling great and motivated. Any more tips on how to achieve this goal ?

Day 1 of a journey is always the hardest. I’m always having a struggle with food and I’m tired of it. I guess I just want to be happy with my body and food. So I’ve decided to stop looking ahead at what I want to achieve and just make today as perfect as it can possibly be. Good healthy food, get some exercise done , drink plenty of water and feel. My goal for today is just for today to be a good healthy day.
