Been workout out for a month and I've only lost 1kg. Feels very discouraging.

Been wondering why on earth I've been feeling so fatigued at the gym even though I could do everything well last week turns out I've been eating too little! Ans the problem is I barely ever have an appetite so I won't eat until I'm really hungry, which mean a whole day of me not eating. Never believed that eating too little was a thing especially in weight loss journeys but turns out it is!

basically the same as last week. Idk maybe it's muscle mass balancing out the fat loss because I haven't changed anything in my diet and workout
