Fell over in November and smashed my hip bone so now have to avoid weight bearing on that leg. Felt depressed and so comfort eating most nights. I did loose more earlier in the year but didnt record it.

fell by the wayside today, ate 8 squares of Cadburys choc. Well it was a present!!

Today is Wednesday 16th April and got email reminder to log in. Weighed last Friday and I have lost 6lb. Hmm not bad but will keep at it until I have lost another 11lb. Then I will have lost enough weight for my height and age.
