Morning all it's been stressful havnt had a weigh in for awhile. and I know when I stress I put on weight. And my comfort food is simba chips , any chips. Hoping to get on track. feeling so down.

This winter and covid not been nice , gonna stop complaining and get back on track. Tomorrow been my bday gonna be a good reason to get back on the wagon. Wishing you all a great day

Morning all hope everyone doing well , I have just lost the plot for awhile been doing all our prayers and fasting it's been hard to keep track and calorie count. So I have to start with no excuses.

Starting a 21day fast today religious reasons , will weigh in at the end of my fast. But a sad day on the scale also this is the result on not calorie tracking , learning a lesson the hard way. Have a great day all.
