slight increase in the past week but i'm not bothered by it too much. i've been managing my binge habits much better than i used to. easily rectifiable and still motivated.

so i got my glucose and insulin blood test results back today, and i'm officially cured of insulin resistance after ten miserable years. good bye to any possibility i ever had of getting diabetes 😉
