Hello Friends! I haven't been around much.. at all. My last post was on January 11th. I was super excited to be back when I posted that day. But nothing seems to work out for me. I have randomly opened the app and liked a post or picture, or maybe even commented, but not as much as I would like to support yall.
Yesterday I got a laptop, so I will now start using fatsecret on it. I liked the app, but I feel that I am limited to what I can do and I always had trouble with getting the feed to refresh. This web setup is a lot different than the app for sure. It is going to take a minute to figure out.
I have also updated my bio because it had been over a year.
I am super excited about all the upcoming things to come this year. These few months that have passed in this year have definitely not gone how I had imagined them. In my heart, I feel like the pieces are slowly starting to fall in place. I have also been trying to work on my mental health. I downloaded a gratitude app. Every morning, I look at the quote for the day. At night, I write (type) about what I was grateful for during that day, no matter how small it was. It makes me feel better to start my day off with positivity.
I am open to any new ideas for mental health, body toning tips, health tips,just and glorious knowledge yall would like to send my way! :)
