Omlette with tomato, baby marrow and rocket (no cheese)

Oats are such a staple in my lifestlye of healthy eating. Thye are so simple so if you don't like them plain like me then you can add banana and cocoa powder (it's like pudding for breakfast) or fruits like blueberries or even protein powder.
