Well it took a year to hit goal. It was worth it. This is my life now and it almost feels like it’s always been this way. I love being aware of what I eat. I will perhaps always have to count calories but that’s ok too.

First cold since 2020. Really mild compared to other people who have it. Not sure if it’s because I am healthier now. I still hate it but am thankful it’s not worse.
