After my first 5 days of counting calories and doing Keto I hit my first bump in the road... Remember that Sushi weakspot I mentioned Earlier this week... Well that happend on Sunday afternoon😥 I was strong enough the entire weekend to say no to alm the carb foods everyone was having and then Sunday My GF wanted Sushi so I told myself "I will be fine, I will only eat a salmon salad and a tuna salad" " I am strong!"
and there i was being "Strong" eating 7 portions of sushi with rice.. I weigh in tomorrow after my first week and feelike a failure already🙈

Tomorrow wil be a full week since I decided to change my life into a healthier one... Exited for the weigh in, really worked hard in the gym this past week..

How do I measure macros here? tried searching on the app for porterhouse pork steaks but nothing....
Do i have to cook it and then cut the fat off and weigh them separately??

3 days since I decided to start counting calories and start with a Keto plan, I can already notice a difference with my bowel movements that has decreased (not problematical yet).
zmy calorie target is 2300, I stayed below it easily normally ending the day at about +-1800. The thing I struggle with is to get my Macros to be right for keto though, my protein I cant seem to get below 35-33% (I really love meat) carbs I mange at about 5-7 % and fats somewhere between 60-65... how do I get my carb/protein ratio better???
