Hope everyone had an awesome weekend and got back to the grind today! 💪
I managed to get a Grid session done this morning, whipping 888 calories and a strength session this afternoon trying out a new place in Durban North melting off 362 calories with strength training.
Altogether 1250 calories, take that Monday! Have a super week all!

Had a crazy weekend:
Saturday: little chocolate sponge cake
Sunday: triple chocolate mousse sundae
Monday: Chilli Cheese Smashburger + Chilli Cheese fries + Pumpkin Spice Frap, Biscuit + Lindt Dark Chocolate (Small slab)
Tuesday: Bootcamp + Chest & Shoulders! Burnt out 1105 calories this morning, low carb day, in a 500 calorie deficit! Damage control day 😂
Even tho I feel guilty for having such unhealthy things, I believe moderation is key. But with that, is consistency. Got off track with those cheat meals, but ready to jump right back in and smash this week's goals! Let's go! 💪💪💪
