I don't know if it's normal or an obsession, but sometimes I even forget to eat, or if I do remember I have little to no appetite at all. Does it happen to any of you.

700g in 2 days. Woow, just as I was thinking of changing. Still fasting, I'm gna try being patient and continue.

So after eating really big meals and having my way with alcohol on the 1st nad 2nd I went back to my routine. I never weighed myself cz I was scared of what I would see. So today I got on the scale and found that I only dropped 700g in 4 days. I'm starting to feel like I need to change my strategy.
