So Kippy here decides to leave her lunch ( healthy chicken salad) at home on the counter and has to eat out at a restaurant for lunch with work mates. Not only did the meal cost me R65 and some change. but this is all I could get on the menu that I could think is healthy, way to go Duffis (714 Calories) and don't forget the bottle of water

2 ounces smoked salmon
1/2 cup arugula
1/4 avocado, diced
and that is breakfast
after a 30 min cardio
All in all 389-calories
