Hopefully this is just water weight due to my cycle. I haven't been doing intermittent fasting as much as I would like, my body has been fighting me and holding on to every calorie. I've stayed at a pretty consistent weight for the last few weeks and at least have not gained too much , which I am thankful for.

Back to square 1.. My body is fighting and resisting because of IF, I think hormones also play a huge role in weight loss. Will keep going..

It's hard to not get discouraged. I've been intermittent fasting for 2 weeks now, while in a calorie deficit and exercising. My weight doesn't want to budge! What the heck?!
