not being able to run because of flu is absolutely depressing me. just wanna get better so i can start training again

have not weighed in a while. weigh today and this is the shocker that i get. cant understand. i went back to low carb and this is the spike i get. omw.

going to run a 32km fat adapted tomorrow. if this works better, then i will rather do it fat adapted all the time. just a little concerned as i left the high fat last time cause it was making me lose to much weight. just have to see how this will work
