Body is adjusting to LCHF. Getting into Keto. Not feeling hungry at all. Just have to increase water intake. Happy with that drop, but I know most is water. Let's Go!

So its been about 3 months since I last weight in. I'm back and feeling strong. Need to get my head in the right space and start the hard work! I have 20kg to go before Dec holidays. Let's Go!
