Didn’t get time to eat breakfast. Today is basically the first day not doing my diet. It might be a lot of calories but it’s better that Mcdonalds.

I am now at that point in my diet where I lose very little every 4 days. Which I guess is good rather than losing quick causing me to gain it all back again.

Still, it demotivates me a little. The feeling of standing on the scale and seeing I lost at least 1kg makes it all worth while.

Kind of contradicting to my other post... so I just have to focus again on the fact that I’m doing this for my health not the weight listed on the scale.
