Hi everyone. I had a good week - I had (still have) a nasty cold so I honestly did not feel up to eating super healthy and with my sinuses being blocked I cant really smell or taste much. I miss the smell of everything! Have a lovely weekend. 😊

Okey so it was not my best month... There is probably a combination of things I can "blame" this on, but to be brutally honest I just really like all the wrong food in winter. Happy Thursday everyone. :-)

I had a relatively good week, and see my loss is averaging out. The first week is always the biggest drop. I am still maintaining a good pace, so I am happy with the results. Have a great weekend all.

This week was challenging. The cold did not make it easy to stick to salad, veggies and fruit. I stuck it out and am so happy about the results. Have a fantastic Friday everyone. :-)
