I feel good 😊, I used to struggle to do 5000 steps a day but now I’ve gotten to a point where I’ve doubled them and a bit over, if I had more time I would do more as I always have enough energy even after my walks but unfortunately I need to get to my daily routine 👊

Feeling a bit bloated, I need to work pro und my meal plan and see what’s causing the bloating hopefully I can figure it out and at the same time shed some kilo’s 🤗😉

I feel like I’ve not been able to control my diet as I would just focused so much on other things more than I am on the diet, so I’ve decided to detox, had half a teaspoon of activated charcoal and a cup of hot water with ACV, will go back to my morning walk tomorrow and opt for a minimum diet nothing fancy, I will try it out for a week before I can weigh in…
Let’s see how this goes 🤾💯🤗🤩👌
