I just thought this was interesting and should be shared. I was on tiktok watching a lot of weight loss progress videos (on my recommended) and I saw a lot of ladies that look amazing , had the idealised body but they were actually heavier than I was and it really put it into perspective that weight is going to look different on everyone.
If you are struggling with the weight and only doing it look a certain way maybe change yourself goal or the way you’re going about it.
If you look at 4 people that weighed the same their bodies wouldn’t look 100% identical and that is good too, work to get healthy and the rest will fall into place✨❤️

I’ve decided that I’m going to skip the weigh in today and maybe for the rest of this week. I feel like if I look at the scale I’m going to be so demotivated and stop.
I currently am bloated as heck from my period so I think that might skew the results ( I could be wrong)
But anyways it’s day 6 of my Chloe ting challenge is anyone wants to join let me know 😊

I’m actually really proud of myself for still making time to do some sit ups before bed last night after a heavy day of eating🥵
Christmas was hard for me because I just kept thinking when will I have time to do my workouts and why am I eating so many calories! But I survived. Today I’m gonna take an easy day and spread my workouts out and maybe go for a long walk instead.
How was everyone’s Christmas and how are you getting back into the swing of things?💛

Just wanted to get a sense of what everyone is doing calorie wise for Christmas? I’m not sure whether I should not count on Christmas and have that as a cheat day or painfully suffer and only eat 1000 .
Any suggestions are welcome xx

I’m a bit disappointed and on the verge of giving up. I do an hour workout everyday and eat sub 1600 calories per day and in a week and a day I’ve only lost 1 kg.
I know muscle weighs more than fat but did I think there would be a slightly bigger difference.
