I am finding it difficult to eat even 1000calories these days. I have breakfast and lunch with Bran as I have IBS and need at each 25mg of fibre. I'm diabetic so I can't eat a sweet or chocolate to make up calories. I basically have around 800 calories left before supper. supper is around 500 to 600 calories. but always have around 200 to 300 calories left and no idea what
to eat! t
onight it's biltong. any ideas for me. I'm T

Day 1 on insulin. Need to be counting calories as the side effect is weight gain!
