Supper tonight! Yum! Focusing on home food because eating out becomes addictive and really messes up my plans. Time to get back in the game! My health is more important.

Yummy overnight oats after an hour cardio workout at the gym. My overnight oats contains chia seeds, milk, plain yoghurt, honey and blueberries (did not soak the blueberries with the mixture, I add it just before I eat) I feel great!!! :) oh and a tea!
