I took ten days off this eating healthy and wanting to loose weight. it was getting to me and getting too much!

Only gained 300g in the last ten days. Back now to loosing the last kilos.

I am tired stressing and constantly thinking about weight and what to eat and not. I am taking time off all of this until Sunday evening.
