Anyone have any luck losing weight with hypothyroidism
Been doing research, some sites say keto is good others say don't have high fat
Some sites say fasting is good, others say this affects thyroid function
I have no idea what to do

Not getting on the scale this week, had a terrible binge weekend due to stress, pizza, burgers, milk tart, chips, chocolate, bread
All the carbs and sugar I could consume
Starting back on Keto today, I really need to find a way to deal with stress and emotional problems without stuffing my face
