I'm completely bored with calorie counting, but also very confident that I know how much to eat and when, at this point. Gave myself a week's break with plenty of gentle cheating, now back to normal. Happy to see I haven't gained, and pleased that I'm still slowly going down.

Looks like there's movement at long last. I tried upping my calories a little, and I'm surprised that it worked. My body has definitely been changing shape, even though my weight hasn't changed much. At last, people are starting to notice, which I admit is very satisfying. 😁 Nearly 20 kgs down now! I weighed 87.5 at New Year.
