You probably don't remember, but back in the summer we were discussing that our daily calorie burn seems to drop off a cliff after menopause. According to whoop I was burning 1858 a day. Pretty low considering how active I am. I am delighted to report that I have pushed this up to 2000 a day. I don't know how this had happened as my activity levels remain the same. But it helps the whole input/output balance 🙂

Update. Still doing dry Jan. have lost 600g without adjusting diet. Not a lot but worthwhile. Sleeping better too.

Back here again 😋day 51 of dry January. Haven't lost any more weight so 200 grams it was.😀sleeping better though so that's a win.

Not much to report. Recorded January...........usual suspects: slightly high calories and too many refined carbs, fat, sugar so weight maintaining not reducing. Enjoying the new training regime. And almost back to full throttle after the golfer's elbows......it has only taken since August!
