Mmmm odd..or is it? 🤔 a MINUSCULE 0.1 loss..

Truth be told I honestly think I ate TOO little during my 4 days 'on'. instead of 1200 cals per day..I was clocking between 890 and 950 ..and not even intentionally...and I think I need a break from chicken breasts/brocolli/zucchini for a bit.

Although I LOVE the aforementioned food..I think I need to shake things up a bit....sooooooo.....

this weeks 4 days 'on' (Mon to Thurs) I'm going to try get to 1200 cals annnnnd going to have more or less balanced portions of proteins/fats annnd those love-to-hate carbs 🤪 and see if that makes a difference..

Thankful for anything lost...but...well ....you know...I'm excitedly impatient now...my original goalweight is literally 0.9 away...howeverrrrrrrr I'ma thinking to maybe try get to about 62/63kgs to have uhmmmm a few kilos room to manouvre as it were... I'll see 👀💪🏻

Over n out for now 🤍✌🏻 love n light & all that jazz 🎶🎵🎶 ..though on this platform the word 'LIGHT' has a whole different meaning methinks 😉

ooops okay so I've not been here for the last two weeks - Journaling, I mean, since I've been a bit boring on the weightloss side of things. So my last entry indicated I had dropped around 0.6 putting me on 69.8kgs. The next week I remained EXACTLY the same (yawwwwwwn) - and LAST week, lo & behold, I GAINED...0.1 - so ending up therefore on 69.9kgs.

Today, however, I lost myself a teeny 0.9 and am now standing on 69KGs. I admit the past two week I gave in to my love of peanut butter and banana - and over indulged in them - even though I still came in at either UNDER or ON my total cals allowed - I am seeing that SMART food choices also contribute - and I needed to tweak those choices this week (past), which I did ever so slightly - and bingo!!! 0.9 down!!!!

The last before & after pic I posted a few weeks back I had a lot of comments (lovely ones and I felt so good and blessed after reading each and every one of them) - however, some commented on not being able to see my face clearly (in either pic)... this spurred me on to do my facial Before and After (during really, I'm not at 'After' quite yet) - Just for my own benefit also, to motivate myself to keep on keepin' on.... In real life I receive the most amazing compliments, mostly along the lines of looking like a younger version of myself, and of course I LUUUUURVE hearing that thank you very much, I'm not even going to lie!!! ♥♥

So...... in closing..... I apologize if I sound vain, it's not my intention - I'm trying to focus on the positive feedback I receive from people around me, and I am trying to CEASE being my own worst critic and enemy, and START L♥VinG myself (in a good - positive way), not arrogant SELF ABSORBED SELF Love....

I lost a teeny 0.6kgs (over my 4 day "Food Conscious" period..i.e Mon to Thurs), but it's DOWN, so I'll take it thank youuuu!! ⬇️🤪

This is also the 2nd week I've re-introduced SUGAR into my life ..see I said LIFE..not DIET 😂✌🏻

I REALLY don't go overboard with sugar, it's an uncomplicated, lighthearted love affair I have with sugar..and simply put..it's this... I LOVE 😋🤍 sugar in my COFFEE... not sweetener (to be fair I use Muscovado sugar...my brown unrefined treacle tasting beauty)...

soooo since I'm basically at my goal weight of 68kgs.. I wanted to experiment with the re-introduction of this frowned upon substance 🤔 and see if I could still achieve weightloss as opposed to weight GAIN ...and so far it's working FOR me..I can indeed lose weight whist welcoming back into my life my beloved Sugar 🥰😍

Therefore for this last teeny part of my journey...sugar's back baby!!

Now it's weekend.. I don't fast or calorie count from Fri to Sunday...so let the feasting begin!! 🤪🥰🤍💙🍰🍩🍦
