Cauliflower rice fried in a bit of butter and salt, veggie stir fry with a bit of mince and black beans. LCHF is really working for me. :)

One kilo down since I starting banting again 5 days ago as well as increasing my water intake. Didn't get to gym much, only been twice so far but I'm really encouraged to keep going and the sugar withdrawal symptoms are waaaay better now.

Was worried I would have gained weight over the festive...I wasn't as bad as previous years but I also wasn't great...So glad I didn't.
