Losing 0.4 kg a Week

I had a day of indulgence yesterday, (but I had a few hours of hard DIY labour to offset some of the calories) after a week of restricting my calorie intake and a fast day in-between. Today's fast day has been going really well but it is tough to stick one meal for this evening, its all I am looking forward to.
I have found that keeping keeping my carbs under 50g for 4 out of 7 days in the week have really made a difference. I have also tried to work out harder on the days that I "cheat".
Yesterday I found my weigh less file from 2013 and the weight recorded was a whopping 73.2kgs, that inspires me to keep up to a healthy lifestyle and never falling back to old habits.

I am really happy with this loss. I have kept to 16:8 and had one fast day on Wednesday, I have also tried to eat more veg than usual. Thank you everyone for advice and support! Lets keep it clean for the weekend ahead.

My unofficial weight was 400 grams over last weeks weigh-in. I am not too concerned as I ate badly for most of the weekend but I think we all have to get back on track after the long weekend. I need to focus on today's fast day and back to gym tomorrow.
My next goal is getting to 62 by next week and at least 60 by my birthday in May, I think with all the motivation here, I should achieve my goal in no time. Good luck for the rest of the week everyone!
