38 days of lockdown + bored + trying new recipes + snacking 24/7 + less activity = NO SURPRISES HERE... But now it is time to get into a good routine again and eat healthy, especially entering winter. Have a good week everyone.

Lockdown is going well. We have been focusing on plant based meals and diary only as we are fasting for Lent. It has been tricky to stay away from too much carbs and cheese, but by the looks of my body isn't complaining. Have a great weekend everyone!

Slow (very slow) and steady loss! We had a holiday a month ago just before my last weigh-in, and then I took a bit of a break with the tracking and weighing. But this week has been good in the midst of all the chaos around us. Now aiming for the 80's by Easter and will be trying my very best!

Friday weigh-in! I managed to get through a crazy busy two weeks, renovating our house, barely sleeping and not having my kitchen to do any proper food preparation. We lived on take out. Still managed to drop, so I am very happy. I set myself a goal a month ago to lose 6 kg by my birthday. I haven't reached it quite yet, and am 1.1 kg short of that but in the spirit of love today I decided that it is enough. Have a fabulous weekend everyone!
